Increased scrutiny, more chat platforms, web 3 owning own data but increase anomaly. Increasingly difficult to avoid the use of personal device/ phone/watch etc. As such increased regulatory concern and changing reg landscape.

EVERYTHING will need to be captured and monitored.
It depends on what the SEC does next, but generally I expect that employees, with adequate training, will understand the risk and adapt to comply.
